Yes, our trailer paint booth is plug and play and arrives ready to paint. The fan, motor, lights, manometers, and switches are all pre wired. Plug it into a single phase 110-115v outlet and paint!
This system is designed for little to no maintenance (for the most part, just changing the filters) However, the paint booth construction is nut and bolt in pre punched holes and the system is bolted to the frame. You could remove the bolts from the frame within minutes and pull the system out for any service or cleaning.
Every aspect of these paint booths are built to compliance with OSHA and NFPA. It is an industrial paint booth inside of a mobile trailer. With that said, there are always variables to consider, such as volume of spray, and your local city/state regulations.
